3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Purityofreagentenzymes
The mass percentage of the target tool enzyme in the total protein or solid content of the sample.
3.2
Contentofprotein
The mass of the protein per milligram or milliliter of the sample was determined by the Folin method.
3.3
Contentofsolid
The mass per milligram or milliliter of the anhydrous solid matter obtained after drying the sample.
4 Principle
With the bovine serum albumin standard as a control, the sample was taped after sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
Scan the surface, and then calculate the gray value to obtain the quality of the target tool enzyme in the sample, and then use the Folin method to determine the quality of the total protein of the sample
Or use the ignition residue inspection method to determine the solid content of the sample to calculate the purity of the tool enzyme.
5 Reagents or materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are all analytically pure, and the water is secondary water specified in GB/T 6682.
