4 Principle
Essential oil cosmetics are dispersed with n-hexane, 70% acetonitrile aqueous solution is extracted, water, emulsion, cream cosmetics are extracted with acetonitrile, and the liquid

5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, only chromatographically pure reagents are used.
5.1 Water, GB/T 6682, level one.
5.2 Methanol.
5.3 Acetonitrile.
5.4 Formic acid.
5.5 n-hexane. analytically pure.
5.6 50% acetonitrile aqueous solution. accurately measure 500mL acetonitrile (5.3) and 500mL water, mix well and set aside.
5.7 70% acetonitrile aqueous solution. accurately measure 700mL of acetonitrile (5.3) and 300mL of water, mix well and set aside.
5.8 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. accurately pipette 1mL formic acid (5.4) to a 1000mL volumetric flask, and dilute to the mark with water.
