1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in DL/T 1246 apply to this document.
3.1
Master device
Major equipment in hydropower plants, such as turbines, generators, main transformers, gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear and high-voltage cables.
3.2
Decision Support System for Main Equipment Condition Overhaul
Based on the integrated management and control platform of smart hydropower plants, the attributes, history, working conditions, status, defects and other information of the main equipment of hydropower plants are processed
Analyze, realize the application components of the main equipment's status monitoring, diagnostic analysis, status evaluation, trend prediction and risk assessment, operation inspection recommendations and comprehensive reports.
4 Basic requirements
4.1 The system should comply with DL/T 1547 and DL/T 1809, and should be incorporated into the unified planning and synchronous design of smart hydropower plants.
4.2 The system shall comply with the safety protection regulations of the power monitoring system.
4.3 The system should be deployed in the management information area, should comply with the GB/T 39264 regulations, be able to run on the
