Input the video and audio raw stream data of the encoder.

Encoded bitstream
Video stream data or audio stream data encoded by an encoder.

Test bitstream
The PS stream is formed by encapsulating the coded bit stream conforming to GB/T 25724-2017 according to the encapsulation format specified in Appendix C of GB/T 28181-2016.
