1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of acrylamide in paper, paperboard and paper products by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).

3 Principle
Using a stable isotope dilution technique, the sample is pulverized and carbon-13-labeled (13C3) or ruthenium-labeled (2,3,3-D3) is added to the sample.
The acrylamide internal standard solution was extracted with water or methanol to determine the acrylamide content in the extract. Multiple reactive ions with LC-MS/MS
Monitoring (MRM) was performed and the internal standard method was used for quantification.
4 reagents
4.1 Water, GB/T 6682, level one.
4.2 Methanol (CH3OH). Chromatographically pure.
4.3 0.1% formic acid (HCOOH). diluted with chromatographically pure formic acid.
4.4 Reference material. acrylamide (CH2=CHCONH2) standard (purity >99%).
4.5 Internal standard. 13C3-acrylamide standard (purity >98%) or deuterated acrylamide (2,3,3-D3) standard (purity >98%).
4.6 Acrylamide standard stock solution (1000mg/L). Accurately weigh 10.0mg (accurate to 0.01mg) acrylamide standard (4.4),
Dissolve with methanol (4.2) and dilute to 10 mL, and store at -18 ° C in the refrigerator.
4.7 Acrylamide internal standard stock solution (1000mg/L). Accurately weigh 10.0mg (accurate to 0.01mg) 13C3-acrylamide standard
Or deuterated acrylamide standard (4.5), dissolved in methanol (4.2) and made up to 10 mL, stored in a refrigerator at -18 °C.
