1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, symbols and grades, and general specifications of cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel strips for large electric motors of 700MW and above.
Requirements, technical requirements, inspections and tests, re-inspections and judgments, packaging, marking and quality certificates.
This standard applies to full-process cold-rolled non-oriented electrical steel strips (hereinafter referred to as abbreviations)

5 General requirements
5.1 Production process
The chemical composition and production process of the steel strip are determined by the supplier.
5.2 Delivery form
The steel strip is supplied in coils with the following specific requirements.
a) The weight of the coil shall meet the order requirements.
b) The inner diameter range of the steel coil should be 500mm ~ 520mm. The recommended inner diameter of the steel coil is 508mm.
c) Steel coils should be tightly rolled from steel strips of the same width so that they do not collapse under their own weight.
d) The steel belt may be caused by the removal of defects, and the connection belt shall be marked, and the front and back parts of the belt shall be the same brand.
e) The connection point should be flat, without affecting the subsequent processing of the material.
5.3 Delivery conditions
The steel strip shall be coated with insulation coating on both sides, and the type of insulation coating shall be determined by the supplier. When the purchaser has special requirements, the supply and demand parties shall negotiate

5.4 Surface quality
5.4.1 The surface of the steel strip shall be smooth and free of oil and rust. If it is within the thickness tolerance range and does not prevent the normal use of the steel strip, it is allowed to store

6 Technical requirements
6.1 Magnetic properties
6.1.1 The magnetic properties of the steel strip shall meet the requirements in Table 2.
6.1.2 After the aging test, the magnetic properties of the steel strip shall meet the requirements of Table 2. If the supplier can guarantee, no test is required.
6.1.3 Because the thickness of the coating will affect the measurement results of magnetic properties, the magnitude of the influence or the correction value shall be determined through consultation between the supplier and the buyer.

6.2 Geometric characteristics and tolerances
6.2.1 Thickness and tolerance
The thickness and allowable deviation of the steel strip shall meet the requirements in Table 3.
6.2.2 Width and allowable deviation
6.2.2.1 The width of the steel strip can be selected within the width specified by the producer, and is generally delivered in a trimmed state.
6.2.2.2 The nominal width of the steel strip shall be negotiated between the manufacturer and the user.
6.2.2.3 The deviation of the width of the steel strip delivered by trimming shall meet the requirements in Table 3.

6.2.3 Sickle Curve
The sickle bend of any.2000mm steel strip shall not exceed 1.0mm.
6.2.4 Unevenness
The unevenness of the steel strip should not exceed 1.0%.
6.2.5 Residual curvature
According to the requirements of the acquirer and stated in the contract, the steel strip can detect the residual curvature.The distance between the bottom edge of the test steel sheet and the support plate should not be different.

6.2.6 Burr height
The shear burr height of the steel strip supplied in the final width shall not exceed 0.035mm.
6.3 Technical characteristics
6.3.1 Density
The agreed density used to calculate the magnetic properties and stacking coefficient of the steel strip shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
6.3.2 Stacking factor
The minimum stacking factor of steel strips shall meet the requirements of Table 2. When in dispute, the stacking factor is only applicable to the uncoated state, and the coating thickness is

6.3.3 Number of bends

6.3.5 Insulation coating resistance

6.3.6 Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of the steel strip (including tensile strength and hardness HV5) shall meet the requirements of Table 4.

7 Inspection and test
7.1 General requirements
7.1.1 When an order agreement is signed according to this standard, the acquirer may perform prescribed inspections and tests or non-prescribed inspections and inspections in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 17505.

7.1.2 When ordering according to regulations and tests, the acquirer shall specify the type of inspection documents in GB/T 18253.
7.1.3 The steel strip shall be approved in groups of rolls, and generally one roll will form one acceptance batch. It is allowed to combine steel strips of the same level and the same nominal thickness.

7.2 Sampling
7.2.1 General requirements
7.2.1.1 Test samples shall be taken from each acceptance lot.
7.2.1.2 The magnetic property test samples shall be taken from the beginning and end of each roll.
7.2.1.3 The innermost and outermost rings of steel coils shall be considered as packaging materials, and samples shall not be taken from this part. The specimen shall be cut from the outer ring of the steel coil during retesting

7.2.2 Magnetic properties
7.2.2.1 The magnetic property test samples shall be taken in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the steel strip. Specific requirements are as follows.
a) When tested with a 25cm Epstein square ring, a pair of specimens consists of 4 times the sample pieces, the recommended weight is about 0.50kg.

b) When testing with a single piece tester, two samples are generally taken. If the sample is square, only one sample is required.

7.2.2.2 When testing the specific total loss of the aging sample of steel strip, the aging sample shall be continuously maintained at (225 ± 5) ℃ for 24 hours, and then air-cooled to

7.2.3 Geometrical characteristics and deviations

7.2.4 Technical characteristics
7.2.4.1 Stacking factor

7.2.4.4 Coating insulation resistance
Samples for testing the insulation resistance of steel strip coatings shall be taken in accordance with GB/T 2522.
7.2.4.5 Tensile strength and elongation after breaking
Samples for testing the tensile strength and elongation after breaking of steel strips shall be sampled in accordance with GB/T 228.1-2010.
7.2.4.6 Hardness
Samples for testing the hardness of steel strips are sampled in accordance with GB/T 4340.1.
7.3 Test method
7.3.1 General requirements
For each characteristic specified, each acceptance lot shall be tested. Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be at a temperature of (23 ± 5) ℃

7.3.2 Magnetic properties
7.3.2.1 Magnetic polarization and total specific loss
The test method for the magnetic properties of the steel strip shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 3655 or GB/T 13789.
7.3.2.2 Anisotropy of total loss
The test method for the magnetic properties of steel strips is conducted in accordance with GB/T 3655 or GB/T 13789. The total total loss P1 is measured with a full transverse sample.

7.3.3.6 Burr height
The burr height of the steel strip should be tested according to YB/T 4292.
7.3.4 Technical characteristics
7.3.4.1 Stacking factor
The stacking factor of steel strips should be tested according to GB/T 19289.
7.3.4.2 Number of bends
The bending times of the steel strip shall be tested according to GB/T 2521.1.
7.3.4.3 Deviation of shear edge due to internal stress
The deviation of the shearing edge of the steel strip caused by the internal stress should be tested according to YB/T 4292.
7.3.4.4 Surface insulation coating resistance
The resistance of the steel strip surface insulation coating is tested in accordance with GB/T 2522.
7.3.4.5 Tensile strength and elongation after breaking
The tensile strength and elongation after breaking of steel strips are tested according to GB/T 228.1-2010.
7.3.4.6 Hardness
The hardness of the steel strip is tested according to GB/T 4340.1.
8 Retest and judgment
The re-inspection and determination rules of steel belts shall meet the requirements of GB/T 17505.
9 Packaging, marking and quality certificate
The packaging, marking and quality certificate of the steel strip shall meet the requirements of GB/T 247.
10 Order content
A contract or order placed under this standard shall include the following.
a) the number of this standard;
b) grades;
c) product name;
d) quantity;
e) the size of the steel strip;
f) the limit of the weight of the steel coil;
g) other special requirements.
