1 Scope
This part of GB/T 36291 specifies the standards for the installation of substation safety facilities and the specifications for their use and use.

4 General
4.1 Substation production activities, equipment (facilities), maintenance and other specific areas, and other needs to remind people to pay attention to the dangers
The location of the damage factor should be equipped with safety facilities.
4.2 Safety facilities include safety signs, equipment signs, safety warning lines, and safety protection facilities.
4.3 The color used for safety facilities shall comply with the provisions of GB 2893. Red transfer prohibition, stop, danger or prompt fire equipment, facilities

4.4 The setting of the safety facilities should be clear and eye-catching, safe and reliable, easy to maintain, and suitable for the use environment.
4.5 Safety facilities should be installed in accordance with safety requirements. The specifications, dimensions and installation position of the safety facilities can be determined according to the site conditions, and the same substation

5 safety signs
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 Safety signs include prohibition signs, warning signs, command signs, warning signs and fire safety signs, road traffic signs, etc.
5.1.2 Safety signs generally use the corresponding combination of general graphic signs and text-assisted instructions.
5.1.3 Safety signs are generally in the form of signs, and linings should be used to create a strong contrast between the safety signs and the surrounding environment.

5.1.4 The graphic symbols, geometric shapes, characters used in the safety signs, the material of the signboard, the surface quality, the lining, and the type selection shall comply with
GB 2894 provisions.
5.1.5 Signage should be located in a conspicuous place related to safety. The environmental information sign should be located at the entrance and eye-catching position of the relevant area;
Local environmental information should be located in a prominent location at the location or equipment (component).
5.1.6 Signs should not be placed on movable objects. It is forbidden to place obstacles that hinder reading before the sign.
5.1.7 The height of the signboard is as close as possible to the height of the line of sight of the human eye. The lower margin of the hanging and column environmental information signs is grounded.
The height of the surface should not be less than 2m, and the height of the local information mark should be determined according to the specific conditions.
5.1.8 The angle between the plane of the sign and the line of sight (α angle in Figure 1) should be close to 90°. When the observer is at the maximum viewing distance, the minimum angle is not small.

5.1.9 When multiple sign boards are set together, they should be arranged in the order of warning, prohibition, command and prompt type, first left and right, first up and then down.
5.1.10 The fixing method of the signboard is divided into attached type, suspended type and column type. Attached and suspended fixings should be stable and not tilted, column type

5.2 Prohibition signs
5.2.1 The basic form of the prohibition sign is a rectangular substrate card with a prohibition sign (circular frame with slash) and a text auxiliary below

5.3 Warning Sign
5.3.1 The basic form of the warning sign is a rectangular substrate card with a warning sign (a regular triangle frame) and a text assist below.

5.6 Road traffic signs
5.6.1 General requirements
Substation should be set with limit height and speed signs. The basic type is generally round, white, red circle, black pattern; other road traffic can be set.

5.6.2 Limit height mark
5.6.2.1 The limit height mark indicates that the passage of vehicles with a height exceeding the value indicated in the sign is prohibited.
5.6.2.2 Restricted height mark shall be set at the entrance of the substation and the maximum allowable height at the entrance of the equipment area of different voltage levels.

5.7 Fire safety signs
5.7.1 The main control room, transformer room, power distribution unit, cable interlayer and other key fire-proof parts at the entrance of the substation and the storage of flammable and explosive

5.7.2 The production site should have a sign of the escape route. An emergency evacuation warning sign should be installed above the main access door or on the left (right) side of the stairs.
5.7.3 Fire safety signs indicate the location and nature of the following.
a) fire alarm and manual control devices;
b) evacuation routes during fire;
c) fire extinguishing equipment;
d) Places or substances that are dangerous to fire or explosion.
5.7.4 Fire safety signs are classified into fire alarm and fire extinguishing equipment signs, fire evacuation route signs and according to the subject matter and scope of application.

6.1 General requirements
6.1.1 The substation equipment (including facilities, the same below) mark consists of the equipment name and equipment number. Equipment signs generally use signs
