The trunk, seat back layer, carriage floor mat need to be tested for 5 cycles. The rear hat & coat rack needs to be tested for 10 cycles. 5.1.10 Dimensional stability under thermal storage According to standard atmospheres specified in GB/T 6529, CONDITION the specimens for at least 4 h; TAKE two test specimens of 300 mm×300 mm in size. In the longitudinal and transverse directions of each sample, MAKE three sets of markers, so that the distance between each set of markers is 200 mm; PLACE the specimens on a metal net of about 16 mesh; PLACE it in an oven, and at a temperature of 110 °C, START timing; after placing it for 5 min, REMOVE it; according to standard atmospheres specified in GB/T 6529, CONDITION it for at least 4 h; and MEASURE the distance between each marker, accurate to 1 mm. CALCULATE the longitudinal and transverse dimensional change rate and average of the specimens; according to the method specified in GB/T 8170, ROUND off the data. The calculation result remains one decimal place. Negative sign (-) means a decrease (contraction); and positive sign (+) means an increase (elongation). 5.1.11 Flammability Performed according to the provisions of GB 8410. 5.1.12 Formaldehyde content Performed according to the provisions of GB/T 2912.2. 5.1.13 Fogging characteristics Performed according to the provisions of weight method under 8.2 of FZ/T 60045-2014. 5.1.14 Odor Performed according to the provisions of Appendix A. 5.1.15 Organics volatilization Performed according to the provisions of Appendix C of GB/T 33276-2016. 5.1.16 Soil release Performed according to the wiping method specified in FZ/T 01118. The high- salt liquid-state fermented soy sauce (light soy sauce) given in GB/T 18186- 2000 is selected as the contaminant. As needed, other contaminants can also be used, which must be stated in the report. Appendix A (Normative) Determination of odor A.1 Test devices A.1.1 Seal can. two sealed cans with a volume of 1 L, odorless at room temperature and 80 °C, with easy-to-open covers. A.1.2 Oven. with air circulation system, able to control constant temperature at (80±2)°C. A.2 Test environment The test shall be conducted in a clean, odorless environment. A.3 Testers Testers shall be professionals trained and tested. A.4 Test specimen preparation A.4.1 Test specimen area. When the thickness of test specimen is less than or equal to 3 mm, the sampling area is (200±20)cm2. When the thickness of test specimen is greater than 3 mm less than or equal to 20 mm, the sampling area is (50±5)cm2. When the thickness of test specimen is greater than 20 mm, along the test specimen’s use surface, it needs to be cut down to 20 mm thick; and it is sampled according to the corresponding thickness. A.4.2 Quantity of test specimens. 2. A.4.3 Test specimen conditioning. The test specimens shall be conditioned to equilibrium under standard atmospheric conditions as stipulated in GB/T 6529. A.5 Test procedures A.5.1 Before testing, CLEAN the seal cans to ensure they are clean and odorless. A.5.2 The test specimens are tested under dry and wet states, respectively. For dry-state test, PLACE the specimen in a seal can and COVER it with a seal lid. For wet-state test, PLACE the specimen and 2 mL of distilled water in a seal can and COVER it with a seal lid. ......
