introduction
This standard is intended for low-voltage electrical equipment safety risk assessment and risk reduction.
This standard is based on ISO /IEC Guide 51, based on GB/T 20002.1-2008, GB/T 20002.2-2008 based on the proposed
Detailed operational information on risk assessment and risk reduction provides guidance on risk assessment at all stages of the life cycle of low voltage electrical equipment.
This standard may provide guidance for technical committees to consider risk assessment when developing product safety standards. This standard also applies to the current standard
In the new product design is not involved in the design.
Low voltage electrical equipment safety risk assessment and risk reduction
guide
1 Scope
This standard is based on ISO /IEC Guide 51, proposed the overall risk assessment principles, designed to achieve low-voltage electrical equipment safety. According to
Low-voltage electrical equipment related to the design, use, accident, incident and injury acquired knowledge and experience, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6, assessment equipment
Risk at all stages of the life cycle and implement risk reduction measures. Technical Committee should be appropriate to adopt this standard.
This standard gives ISO /IEC Guide 51, GB/T 20002.1-2008 and GB/T 20002.2-2008 additional guidance,
To implement a risk assessment. This standard specifies procedures for identifying hazards, estimating and evaluating risks (including risk comparisons) and reducing the necessary risk.
The risks involved in this standard include the potential harm to people, property and livestock. The technical committee does not have to adopt the structure of this standard.
This standard is intended for technical committees in the development of low-voltage electrical equipment safety decision-making, and the formation of the risk assessment has been implemented a variety of supporting documents
When to provide guidance. When manufacturers anticipate the expected use, they can evaluate parts that are not used separately.
This standard applies to AC voltage 1000V and below, DC voltage 1500V and below all types of electrical equipment. For internal students
Into the reach, the voltage is higher than the AC 1000V, DC 1500V low-voltage electrical equipment also belong to the scope of this standard.
Product Standards Requirements The equipment instructions should contain the necessary information for the safe use of the equipment.
This standard does not involve distribution of electrical, or electrical systems, or parts used in machinery, the risk of these parts depends largely on
Use and assembly in electrical systems or installations.
Note The protective measures taken by the product user depend on the legal requirements of the country, in particular the occupational health and safety system.
This standard does not apply to safety certification. When the product standard technical content can not cover all the potential risks in the field of equipment should be produced
Product standards to increase risk assessment related to the security provisions.
