This standard is applicable to interior wall coatings which are prepared by using synthetic resin emulsion as base material, as well as pigments, extender pigments and various additives, and which, after application, can form a thin surface coating with smooth surface, including topcoat and primer. This product is mainly used for interior wall decoration of children's rooms, kindergartens and other children's activity places. 2 Normative references The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the dated documents, only the versions with the dates indicated are applicable to this document; for the undated documents, only the latest version (including all the amendments) are applicable to this standard. GB/T 1728-1979 Methods of test for drying time of coatings of paints and putties GB/T 1766-2008 Paints and varnishes - Rating schemes of degradation of coats GB/T 3186 Paints varnishes and raw materials for paints and varnishes - Sampling GB/T 6682-2008 Water for analytical laboratory use - Specification and test methods GB/T 6750-2007 Paints and varnishes - Determination of density - Pyknometer method GB/T 8170-2008 Rules of rounding off for numerical values & expression and judgement of limiting values GB/T 9265-2009 Determination for alkali resistance of film of - Architectural paints and coatings Unless otherwise agreed, the substrate shall be selected in accordance with Tables 3 and 5. For the contrast ratio item, use polyester film or card paper that meets the requirements of 4.4 of GB/T 23981-2009; the comprehensive scrubbing resistance and stain resistance item uses PVC plastic material that meets the requirements of C.3.2.6 of GB/T 9755-2014. The anti-alkaline item uses non-asbestos fiber reinforced cement MDF that meets the requirements of A.1.3 of GB/T 9756-2009; the rest of the items use non-asbestos cement slab that meets the requirements of NAF H grade V in JC/T 412.1-2006. The treatment of non-asbestos cement slabs shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9271. 6.4 Preparation of test panel 6.4.1 Specimen preparation When the product to be inspected is not clearly indicated of the dilution ratio, stir it evenly and then make a slab. When the product to be inspected indicates the dilution ratio, except for the contrast ratio item, for all the items that need to be tested by preparing slab, it shall prepare the slab after mixing it uniformly in accordance with the specified dilution ratio. If the ratio is a certain range, it shall take the middle value. 6.4.2 Preparation of primer test panel 6.4.2.1 The primer panel is made by brushing method. Each sample is first measured for density D in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6750-2007, the brushing mass is calculated in accordance with formula (1). m = D × S × 80 × 10-4 ... (1) Where. m - The mass of one course of brushing at a wet film thickness of 80 μm, in grams (g); D - The value of the sample density after dilution in accordance with the specified dilution ratio, in grams per milliliter (g/mL); S - The value of the test panel area, in square centimeters (cm2). Mass of each course of brushing. Calculate brushing mass ± 0.1 g. Due to the low viscosity of some primers, if it is not possible to calculate the brushing amount for panel preparation, it can appropriately reduce the brushing mass, but it shall be indicated in the report; due to the high viscosity of some primers, if it is not possible to calculate the brushing amount for panel preparation, it can appropriately add water for dilution, it shall indicate the dilution ratio and the actual brushing mass in the report. 6.5.3.1 Primer workability Use a brush to apply specimen to the smooth surface of the test panel, if the brush moves without obstructions, it is rated as “brushing without obstruction”. 6.5.3.2 Finish workability Use a brush to apply the specimen onto the smooth surface of the test panel, the brushing amount is controlled such that the wet film thickness is about 100 μm. Place the test panel vertically such that the long side of the test panel is in horizontal direction and the short side is 85° to the horizontal. After being placed for 6 hours, use the same method to apply the second course of specimen. During the second course application, if the brush moves without obstruction, it is rated as “there is no obstruction in the second course application”. 6.5.4 Drying time It is performed in accordance with the provisions of Table B of GB/T 1728-1979. 6.5.5 Appearance of paint film The test panel after the test of 6.5.3 is placed for 24 hours, perform visual inspection against the coating film, if there is no significant shrinkage cavity and the coating film is uniform, it is rated as “normal”. 6.5.6 Freeze-thaw resistance It is performed in accordance with the method A of GB/T 9268-2008. 6.5.7 Alkali resistance It is performed in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9265-2009, if two of the three test panels do not have blistering, powder stripping or other poor film status, it is rated as “not abnormal”. If there is no such condition, it is described in accordance with GB/T 1766-2008. 6.5.8 Anti-alkaline It is performed in accordance with the provisions Appendix A of GB/T 9756- 2009. 6.5.9 Contrast ratio It is performed in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 23981-2009, the arbitration method uses the polyester film method. 6.5.10 Scrubbing resistance It is performed in accordance with the provisions of Appendix C of GB/T 9755- ......
