DC charging coupler GB/T 27930-2015 Communication protocols between off-board conductive charger and battery management system for electric vehicle GB/T 29317-2012 Terminology of electric vehicle charging/battery swap infrastructure - The charging mode used by the supply equipment shall comply with the corresponding use conditions of the charging mode of the electric vehicle specified in 5.1 of GB/T 18487.1-2015; - The charger shall be connection method C (including cable assemblies under connection method C); - The AC charging pile shall be connection method A or connection method B or connection method C (including cable assemblies under connection method C); - The on-cable control and protection device shall be connection method B (cable assemblies with function box). 6.2 Charging interface interoperability test 6.2.1 Interface structure size review Test number. C0.0001 (vehicle plug) or C0.0002 (vehicle socket) or C1.0001 (vehicle plug) or C1.0002 (vehicle socket) or C1.0003 (plug) or C1.0004 (power supply socket) Test purpose. Check whether the size of the charging interface is within the allowable tolerance range. Test method and procedure. a) Use special gauges, Vernier calipers with a division value of 0.02 mm or similar measuring instruments specified in Annex B to check the key sizes of the DC charging interface (vehicle plug, vehicle socket), the AC charging interface (vehicle plug, vehicle socket, power supply plug, power supply socket); b) If the test is conducted using the special gauge specified in Annex B, the insertion force shall not be greater than the maximum pullout force specified in 6.4 of GB/T 20234.1-2015. The roughness of all gauges is all 0.8 and the hardness is HRC58 ~ 62. The geometric tolerance such as parallelism, verticality and symmetry of gauges is the tolerance H level specified in GB/T 1184-1996. Qualification judgement. - The structure size of the DC charging interface (vehicle plug, vehicle socket) shall comply with the specifications of Annex A of GB/T 20234.3-2015; - The structure size of the AC charging interface (vehicle plug, vehicle socket, power supply plug, power supply socket) shall comply with the 6.3.2.1 Connection confirmation test Test number. D0.1001 Test purpose. Check whether the charger can determine the connection status of the vehicle plug and the vehicle socket by measuring the voltage value of the test point 1, and enter the corresponding charging status; by measuring the voltage value of the test point 2, determine whether the equivalent resistance R3 in the vehicle plug is normal. Test method and procedure. a) Status 0. When the vehicle plug is not inserted into the vehicle socket, check the voltage value and the charging status of the test point 1 at this stage; b) Status 1/Status 2. Insert the vehicle plug into the vehicle socket, check the voltage value and the charging status of the test point 1 at this stage; c) Status 3. After the vehicle plug is fully connected with the vehicle socket, check the voltage value of the test point 1, the voltage value and the charging status of the test point 2 at this stage; d) Check the vehicle interface’s locking status at this stage. Qualification judgement. - The confirmation of vehicle interface connection shall comply with the specifications of B.3.2 in GB/T 18487.1-2015; - During the connection process of the vehicle interface, the voltage value and the charging status of the test point 1 shall comply with the specifications of Table 2; - After the vehicle interface is fully connected, the voltage value of the test point 2 shall comply with the specifications of Table 2, that is, the equivalent resistance R3 is normal; - After the vehicle interface is fully connected and before the insulation test outputs the voltage, the electronic lock of the vehicle plug shall be reliably locked. d) Check the vehicle interface’s locking status at this stage. Qualification judgement. - The charging stage of the charger shall comply with the specifications of B.3.5 in GB/T 18487.1-2015; - During the charging process, the output voltage control error, the output current control error and the output current adjustment time shall comply with the specifications of 6.3.5.1, 6.3.5.2 and 6.3.5.3, respectively; - The communication status at this stage shall comply with the specifications of the corresponding stage of B.6 in GB/T 18487.1-2015 and GB/T 27930- 2015; - The electronic lock of the vehicle plug at this stage shall be reliably locked. 6.3.2.5 Normal charging end test Test number.
