This Standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements and test methods of
plug-in hybrid electric commercial vehicles.
This Standard applies to plug-in hybrid electric commercial vehicles (hereinafter
referred to as “vehicles”).

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions plug-in hybrid electric commercial vehicles, requirements and test methods.
This standard applies to plug-in hybrid electric commercial vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles").

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 19596 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Plug-in hybrid electric commercial vehicles plug-inhybridelectriccommercialvehicles
Has an external charging function, and have a certain pure electric driving range of hybrid electric commercial vehicles.
3.2
Pure electric drive mode pureelectricdrivingmode
Only by the rechargeable energy storage device to provide energy for the motor-driven vehicle driving mode.
4 requirements and test methods
General 4.1
Vehicles should be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and design documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
Vehicles should meet the relevant national standards and documentation requirements.
4.2 Outline dimensions, shaft load and quality limits
Vehicle dimensions, axle load and quality limits shall comply with the requirements of GB 1589.
4.3 Fuel consumption and emissions
M2, M3, N2, N3 vehicles with the total designed mass exceeding 3500kg shall be tested for fuel consumption according to GB/T 19754,
Its hybrid mode fuel consumption (excluding energy conversion fuel consumption) should be less than 65% of the corresponding limit GB 30510.
The maximum design total mass does not exceed 3500kg of M2, N1 vehicles in accordance with GB/T 19753 fuel consumption test, the mixed
Fuel consumption in power mode (fuel consumption without electricity conversion) should be less than 65% of the corresponding limit in GB 20997.
M2, M3, N2, N3 vehicle emissions should meet the GB 17691 test methods and requirements (using gasoline-fired vehicle emissions should be full
GB GB 14762 requirements), N1 class vehicles in accordance with GB 19755 emissions test, the results should meet the requirements of GB 18352.
4.4 charging interface and communication
According to the vehicle charging method, the charging interface should meet the corresponding requirements of GB/T 20234.
DC charging communication protocol should meet the requirements of GB/T 27930.
4.5 power battery
Power battery should meet the following requirements.
--- Vehicle power battery should not be used lead-acid batteries;
--- Cycle life, safety, electrical performance should be consistent with the relevant state requirements.
4.6 vehicle safety requirements
Vehicles should comply with the provisions of GB/T 18384, the remaining safety requirements should be consistent with the provisions of GB 7258.
N1 class vehicles should meet the requirements of GB/T 31498, while N1 class vehicles should be considered in the design of vehicle starting, the speed is lower than
20km/h, can give the car outside the appropriate prompt sound.
4.7 electric drive mode driving range
N1 vehicles shall be tested according to the working condition method of GB/T 18386 (including suburban cycle conditions), the driving range should not be less than 50km; M2,
M3, N2, N3 class using GB/T 18386 constant speed test, driving range should not be less than 50km.
4.8 Reliability Requirements
4.8.1 Mileage allocation
The total mileage of the reliability driving test shall be in accordance with 4.3 of GB/T 19750-2005.
The reliability test shall be carried out in hybrid and/or purely electric mode with no less than
