intensified bad roads, 5000 km of flat roads, and 5000 km of high-speed roads.
The road performance test mileage before reliability driving test, and mileage
of each test room can be included in reliability test mileage.
4.7.2 Breakdown
During the whole reliability test, in the complete vehicle controller and bus
system, power storage battery and management system, motor and motor
controller, on-board charging system (if any), and other systems and equipment,
there shall be no any breakdown (fatal breakdown) which endangers personal
safety, causes major assembly scrapping, and causes serious damage to the
surrounding environment. Nor shall there be any breakdown (serious
breakdown) which affects driving safety, causes serious damage to the main
components and assembly, or which cannot be eliminated in a short period of
time by damageable spare parts and basic hand tools.
