1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry for the determination of thermoplastic elastomers and their products lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium,
Selenium, antimony, barium and arsenic content.
This standard is applicable to the determination of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, selenium, antimony, barium and arsenic in thermoplastic elastomers and their products, but is not suitable for determination
The chromium added to the thermoplastic elastomer in the form of chromium trioxide.
