The arbitration analysis method shall adopt the method stipulated in GB/T 20975. 4.1.2 “A1” content shall be calculated in accordance with the method stipulated in GB/T 3190. In the calculation of “A1” content, take the sum of the analytical value of conventional analytical elements and unconventional analytical elements, which are suspected to be excessive, as “the sum of element content”. 4.1.3 The determination of analytical value shall adopt rounding-off comparison method. The rounding-off rules of numerical value shall comply with relevant stipulations in GB/T 8170. The rounding-off numerical digit shall be consistent with the limit digit stipulated in GB/T 3190. 4.2 Dimensional Deviation 4.2.1 Dimensional rounding-off Rounding-off of measured dimensions is not allowed. The determination method of limit value shall comply with the stipulations in GB/T 8170. 4.2.2 Unevenness Randomly take a sample (length: 2,000 mm) from strips (the sample shall try to include the wavy part of the strips). In accordance with the stipulations in GB/T 3880.3, detect wave height and number of waves. 4.2.3 Others Other dimensional deviations shall be measured through measuring instruments of corresponding accuracy, or, receive visual inspection. 4.3 Tensile Mechanical Property at Room Temperature Room-temperature tensile test shall be conducted in accordance with the method stipulated in GB/T 16865. 4.4 Bending Performance Room-temperature bending performance shall be conducted in accordance with the method stipulated in GB/T 232. 4.5 Appearance Quality shall be determined as unqualified. 6 Marking, Packaging, Transportation, Storage and Quality Certificate 6.1 Marking 6.1.1 Product marking Each coil of strips which are qualified in the inspection shall have an attached label, which includes the following content: a) Product name; b) Nameplate; c) Status; d) Dimensions; e) Batch No. or coil No. of strips; f) Net weight; g) Inspection stamp of the supply-side’s quality inspection department (or quality inspector’s signature or stamp) 6.1.2 Marking of packing box The marking of strips’ packing box shall comply with the stipulations in GB/T 3199. 6.2 Packaging, Transportation and Storage Packaging, transportation and storage of strips shall comply with the stipulations in GB/T 3199. When the demand-side has special requirements towards the packaging mode of strips, the demand-side and the supply-side shall determine them through negotiation; this content shall be indicated in the order sheet (or contract). 6.3 Quality Certificate Each coil of strips shall have an attached product quality certificate, which indicates: a) The supply-side’s name; b) Product name; c) Nameplate and status; ......
