3 principle
The tributyltin and triphenyltin in the sample were extracted by Soxhlet extraction with methanol as solvent. The extract was filtered and derivatized.

4 Reagent or material
Unless otherwise stated, use only analytical pure reagents and tertiary water in accordance with GB/T 6682-2008.
4.1 methanol. pure chromatography.
4.2 n-hexane. pure chromatography.
4.3 Sodium tetraethylborate.
4.4 anhydrous sodium acetate.
4.5 glacial acetic acid.
4.6 anhydrous sodium sulfate. 650 ℃ before burning 4h, stored in the dryer in the spare.
4.7 Tributyltin chloride Purity. ≥98%.
4.8 Triphenyltin chloride Purity. ≥98%.
4.9 2% sodium tetraethylborate solution. Weigh 0.2g tetraethylborate (4.3), accurate to 0.001g, quantitative transfer to the quantitative container, plus
Water volume to 10mL.
