1 Scope
This standard specifies the reprocessed fibers terms and definitions, basic safety requirements, testing, determine the rules and logo.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Reprocessed fibers recycledfiber
In fiber scraps, scraps and fiber products as raw materials, processing, etc. opening formed fibers.
3.2
Odor sensoryodors
Reprocessed fiber emitting a strange smell musty including high boiling range petroleum odor (such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc.), fish smell, aromatic odor, smell, smell of urine and the like.

4 Basic Safety Requirements
Class 4.1 Ⅰ reprocessed fibers

4.1.3 pH value of 4.0 to 9.0.
4.1.4 free residual chlorine content of not larger than 10mg/kg.
4.2 Ⅱ class fiber reprocessing
4.2.1 may not be detected Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus and other pathogens.
