3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 20103-2006 define the following terms and definitions apply to this document. For ease of use, repeat the following list GB/T 20103-2006 relevant terms and definitions. 3.1 Flat membrane flatmembrane Outlook for flat sheet of paper or film. Note. generally flat membrane having a support layer (nonwoven fabric), prepared frame, folding and spiral wound membrane elements are used. [GB/T 20103-2006, the definition 2.1.27] 3.2 Desalination rate saltrejection Represents the removal of the ability to feed the salt solution, expressed as a percentage. NOTE. rewrite GB/T 20103-2006, definitions 2.2.11. 3.3 Water flux waterflux Under certain operating conditions, the unit membrane area per unit time by the amount of water. 3.4 TDS totaldissolvedsolids; TDS Filtered water samples after the water evaporated under specified conditions remaining substance (ie the total amount of dissolved salts in the water, organic matter and colloidal substances). NOTE. When the low organic matter content in water can be approximated by the total salt content, in units of mg/L. [GB/T 20103-2006, the definition 2.3.7] 3.5 Reverse osmosis membrane reverseosmosismembrane Reverse osmosis process for making semi-permeable membrane separating the solvent and solute.
