This standard replaces GB/T 3114-1994 "copper and copper alloy flat wire."
This standard compared with GB/T 3114-1994, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increased TU1, TP2, H70, H80, H85, H90B, HPb59-3, HPb62-3, HBi60-1.3, HSb60-0.9, HSb61-
0.8-0.5, QSn7-0.2, QSn5-0.2, BZn15-20, BZn18-20, BZn22-16, QCr1-0.18, QCr1 other 18 cards
Number, and adds the corresponding technical requirements;
--- Increased CYS, CSY two supply state;
--- Brass flat wire specification width by 0.5mm ~ 12.0mm expanded to 0.5mm ~ 15.0mm;
--- Increased the flat line shape edges of the provisions;
--- Tolerance specifications for flat line has been adjusted;
--- Increased the flat line reversal, residual stress, corrosion and other technical requirements and corresponding test methods for resistance to dezincification;
--- Provisions flat line internal quality were perfect;
