3 Categories and grades
3.1 Classification
According to GB/T 5576 regulations, Viton divided into three categories, namely, FKM, FEPM, FFKM.
Wherein. FKM --- represents a fluorine containing polymer chain, perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkoxy groups substituted with fluorine rubber;
FEPM --- represents tetrafluoroethylene copolymer of ethylene and propylene;
--- Represents a polymer chain FFKM have all substituents, fluoro, perfluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkoxy perfluoro rubber.
