1 Scope
This Standard specifies the terms and definitions of remanufacturing of automotive
components - cleaning, as well as the general requirements, general cleaning
classification methods and commonly used cleaning methods, etc.
This Standard is applicable to the cleaning of the remanufacturing of automotive
components. The cleaning of the remanufacturing of other motor vehicle parts may
take this as a reference.
2 Normative References
The following documents are indispensable to the application of this document. In

4 General Requirements for Cleaning
4.1 Requirements for Cleanliness
4.1.1 In accordance with different conditions during cleaning, different cleaning
methods are adopted to ensure that the requirements for cleanliness are met.
4.1.2 The cleanliness of various parts shall satisfy the cleanliness requirements of
product design.
4.1.3 For the surface of sprayed, brush electroplated and bonded parts, the cleanliness
shall satisfy the requirements of remanufacturing design.
4.2 Anti-corrosion Requirements
In the cleaning of parts, it is necessary to prevent the parts from corroding. For
