4 test block type
Test block is divided into two types. standard test blocks and test block. Among them, the standard test block is divided into test block detection capability and thermal excitation uniformity inspection
Test block.
Detection capability test pieces for the evaluation of thermal imaging infrared excitation flash detection system capability can also be used to periodically check the status of equipment performance.
Uniformity of thermal excitation detection test for measuring the flash excitation block infrared thermal image detection system thermal excitation uniformity, can be used to regularly check
Pulse excitation source heat uniformity.
Reference block is used to set the flash excitation infrared thermal image detection system parameters, and measurement and defect recognition. Based on the detection head
, The reference block may contain known defects test block, known defects can be a natural defect or artificial defects.
5 Technical requirements
5.1 detection capability test block
5.1.1 Materials
Produced by homogeneous material from the following two.
a) a metal thermal diffusion coefficient should be between 4 × 10-5m2/s ~ 9 × 10-5m2/s, such as. surface anodized (black) process
Aluminum;
b) a non-metallic thermal diffusion coefficient should be in the range of 2 × 10-7m2/s ~ 5 × 10-7m2/s, such as. black Bakelite.
5.1.2 shapes and sizes
Test block shape is rectangular plates, flat bottom hole in the back of the processing has different depths and sizes (see 5.1.3).
There are two types of test pieces, Ⅰ type specimen shape and dimensions shown in Figure 1, the shape and size of type Ⅱ test block shown in Figure 2.
