---Part 2: Preparation of mechanical properties specimens for single-sided single-pass welding and double-sided single-pass welded joints of steel; ---Part 3: Preparation and inspection of T-joint fillet weld specimens: This document replaces GB/T 25774:1-2010 "Inspection of Welding Materials Part 1: Mechanical Properties of Steel, Nickel and Nickel Alloy Deposited Metals" "Preparation and Inspection of Specimens", compared with GB/T 25774:1-2010, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows: a) Deleted test piece types 1:8, 1:9, 2:0, 2:1, 2:2, 2:3, 2:4, 2:5, 2:6, 2:7, 2:8, 2:9 (see Chapter 5 of the:2010 edition); b) Changed the test plate width of types 1:3 and 1:4 (see 6:1, Chapter 5 of the:2010 edition); c) The allowable deviations of test plate thickness and root clearance are increased (see 6:1); d) Changed the symbol of the diameter of the tensile specimen and the dimensional tolerance (see 9:2, Chapter 8 of the:2010 edition); e) The shape tolerance of the diameter of the tensile specimen is increased (see 9:2); f) The symbol for the size of the V-notch impact specimen has been changed (see 9:3, Chapter 8 of the:2010 edition); g) Added a technical requirement for machining allowable deviations for automatic positioning of impact specimens (see 9:3); h) Reinspection and test reports have been deleted (see Chapters 9 and 10 of the:2010 edition): This document is modified to adopt ISO 15792-1:2020 "Test methods for welding materials - Part 1: Testing of deposited metal on steel, nickel and nickel alloys" Preparation of parts and specimens": The technical differences between this document and ISO 15792-1:2020 and their reasons are as follows: ---Added the technical requirements for the thickness of the isolation layer after processing (see Chapter 5) to adapt to my country's technical requirements; ---Added technical requirements for scrapping angular deformation specimens (see 6:2) to apply to my country's technical requirements; ---Replaced ISO 13916 with normatively quoted GB/T 18591, and added processing requirements if the inter-pass temperature does not meet the specified temperature: Sum the recommended temperature measurement points (see 7:2) to meet my country’s technical requirements;
