This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 25628-2010 "Earthmoving Machinery Bucket Teeth". Compared with GB/T 25628-2010, except for structural adjustment and compilation
In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the scope of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);
b) Added the term "assembly shake amount" (see 3.5);
c) The normative reference documents for non-assembly dimensional deviations of forgings have been changed (see 5.2, 5.1 of the.2010 edition);
d) Added requirements and test methods for “assembly shake” (see 5.3 and 6.3);
e) Added quality tolerance requirements for shell casting and forging (see 5.4);
f) Added mechanical property requirements for forging (see 5.5).

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of bucket teeth.
This document applies to bucket teeth of various forms and specifications for earthmoving machinery such as excavators, loaders, scrapers, backhoe loaders, and bulldozers.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Monoblock tooth monoblocktooth
The tooth tip and gear seat are bucket teeth with an integrated structure and are generally connected by bolts.
3.2
combinedtooth
The tooth tip and the tooth seat are connected through each other's matching structure and tooth pin to form a bucket tooth.

The front end of the bucket tooth is directly used for digging or shoveling.

Gear adapter
The tail part of the bucket tooth is the part that fixes the bucket tooth by welding or other means.
