3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 34647 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Sample product sample product
Part of the product is taken out from the test unit during inspection and test.
Note. The test unit is the number of pieces or tons of products that are accepted or rejected based on the results of product sampling tests according to the requirements of product standards or purchase orders.
3.2
Test portion
A sufficient quantity of material cut from the sampled product to prepare one or more test specimens.
3.3
rough specimen
In order to prepare the sample, a part of the sample is cut by machining for preparing the sample.
3.4
Test piece
Part of the test material or sample with or without machining, which has the qualified dimensions and meets the test requirements.
4 General requirements
4.1 Representative samples
4.1.1 The samples, specimens and test pieces selected in accordance with Appendix A should be representative of the product.
4.1.2 Usually, two samples are taken for the same test item of the same batch of products. The two samples should be taken from different sampled products.
When the sampling positions are the same, samples can be taken at adjacent locations of the specified positions.
4.1.3 The sampling direction shall comply with the requirements of the product standard or order.

3 Terms and Definitions
Terms and definitions GB/T 2975 established in this standard applies.
Sample Type 4 mechanical testing
Sample Type mechanical testing following three specific types of specimens should comply with product standards.
4.1 Sampling on raw materials or products from
4.1.1 In a certain part of raw materials or products of a certain size sample cut blank into a desired tensile, flexural, impact, and other long-lasting
Sample.
4.1.2 applies to large-sized tubes, rods, plates, small size cake, rings and other material regular shape, easy to cut and sampling blanks but the product itself does not constitute damage
Forgings.
4.2 Samples from the melting test sample
4.2.1 product with heat number of hot working the ingot to a certain size, the cut section of the sample, and then continue to the thermal processing of a predetermined size plus
Artifacts, called the melting test sample.
4.2.2 melting test sample suitable for difficult or inconvenient cut blank sample, shape, size and complexity of large cake, ring shaped forging or forging material, but also
We need to continue in subsequent thermal processing of large-sized billets.
4.2.3 melting test sample, mostly bars, but also for products with the same shape, deformation and product equivalent, but significantly reduced the size of forgings, when using the same
A smelting furnace number while the production of several similar specifications, the same method of manufacturing forgings, agreed by both sides, it is possible to replace a smaller maximum size
Performance specifications.
4.3 as a sample product in kind
4.3.1 on the kind of products according to the requirements specified in the interception of a length, without further processing, mechanical testing can be carried out directly.
4.3.2 suitable for small-sized bar, wire, small size pipe.
5 General requirements for sampling
5.1 Sample blanks should be the standard specified in Appendix A sampling locations cut.
5.2 should be sampled on the size and appearance quality of qualified products. Sample should be of sufficient size to ensure sufficient machined samples
Specified test and retest.
5.3 sampling, sampling products to deal with, samples, blank samples and specimens shall be marked to ensure that the position and orientation has always been able to identify samples.
