5 Inspection Rules
Inspection can be divided into exit-factory inspection, type inspection, and user
acceptance inspection.
5.1 Exit-factory inspection
5.1.3 According to the requirements of Clause 3, the inspection items in 3.1 and 3.2
Table 1 are the exit-factory inspection items.
5.1.4 If the exit-factory inspection is unqualified, then the products shall be unqualified.
If product properties do not meet the requirements in 3.1 and 3.2 Table 1, then it is said
that the exit-factory inspection is unqualified.
If there are one or more unqualified unit products, then they are called unqualified
products.
5.2 Type inspection
5.2.4 Qualified and unqualified type inspection
5.2.5 Treatment of unqualified type inspection
If the type inspection is unqualified, t hen the material manufacturer shall immediately
stop the exit-factory inspection. Immediately analyse the cause, take measures and
eliminate the unqualified factors till the new type inspection is qualified, can the exit-
factory inspection be restored.
5.3 User acceptance inspection
5.3.1 The user acceptance inspection shall examine all the items in 3.1 and 3.2 Table
1 of Clause 3.
6 Mark, Package, Transportation and Storage
6.1 Mark
6.1.1 The packaging bag of the products that inspected qualified shall be indicated the
name of the materials, code, trademark, designation, batch number (or date of
production), standard number, quality, manufacturer (including address, telephone,
post code); and have the marks for “heat-proof” and “moisture-proof”.
6.2 Package
The product is applied with negative pressure packaging with inner packaging of
composite metal film and outer packaging bag with moisture-proof composite paper;
or negative pressure packaging with packaging bags negotiated between the supplier
and the purchaser.
6.3 Transportation
When transporting the products, do not expose them to the sun and rain; and keep
them dry, clean, intact and pollution-free.
6.4 Storage
