Fe-based amorphous soft magnetic alloy strips; - Part 2. Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip. This Part is Part 2 of GB/T 19345. This Part was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Part replaces the part of Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip in GB/T 19345-2003. Compared with GB/T 19345-2003, the main changes in this Part are as follows. - modified the name to “Amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy - Part 2. Fe- based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip”; - added terms (see Clause 3 of this Edition); - added the classification, product designation naming rules of the strip (see Clause 4 of this Edition); - modified the magnetic performance indicators of strips (see 6.1 of this Edition, 4.3 of Edition 2003); - refined the strip specifications, and respectively specified the allowable size deviation (see 6.2 of this Edition, Clause 3 of Edition 2003); - modified the relevant provisions on sampling, sample preparation and testing (see 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4 of this Edition, 6.2, 6.3 and Clause 5 of Edition 2003); - added the requirements and inspection method for strip lamination factor (see 6.3.2, 7.3.3.1 of this Edition); - modified the inspection method and requirements for toughness of strips (modified 6.3.3, 7.3.3.2 of this Edition, 4.4, 6.3.3 of Edition 2003); - refined the requirements for packaging, storage, quality certificate (see Clause 8 of this Edition, Clause 7 of Edition 2003). This Part was proposed by China Iron and Steel Association. Amorphous and nanocrystalline alloy – Part 2. Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip 1 Scope This Part of GB/T 19345 specifies the classification and designation display method, general requirements, technical requirements, inspection and testing, packaging, marks and quality certificate of Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip manufactured with fast quenching process. This Part is applicable to the iron cores used for medium and high frequency transformers, common mode inductors, magnetic amplifiers, peak suppressors, current transformers, filter inductors and sensors, as well as Fe-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy strip of sheet used for magnetic shielding and permeability (hereinafter referred to as the strip). 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Lamination factor of amorphous alloy strips 5.2.5 The strips shall be wound tightly, no local relaxation, no wrinkles, no collapse, no falling off during handling due to self-weight, no lateral offset during unwinding. 5.2.6 The strips may be spliced by removing defects. The front and back parts of splicing shall be of same designation, same nominal width. The part of splicing shall be marked. The connection shall be neat and not affect the normal operation of subsequent processing. If the part of splicing uses other materials to connect, the material quality of the connecting material shall not damage the properties of the strips before and after heat treatment. If the strips are in contact with the liquid during the final use, the connecting material shall not chemically react with the liquid in contact. 5.2.7 The particular requirements for strip delivery form shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser. 5.3 Delivery conditions The strips are normally delivered in non-sheared semi-processed state (prepared state) with the absence of a top coat. The particular requirements for strip delivery form shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser. 5.4 Surface quality 5.4.1 The surface of the strips shall not have rusts, greases, fingerprints, foreign materials or the continuous visible oxidation. 5.4.2 The surface of the strips is allowed to have pinholes not larger than 1.0 mm in diameter but not more than 1 per square centimeter. 5.4.3 The strips shall be smooth; there shall be no slivers, burrs, potholes, wrinkles, folds or other defects affect the use. The edge of the strips shall have no visible cracks and burrs. 5.5 Shear adaptability When using suitable equipment for cutting, any part of the strips shall be able to be cut into the usual shape. 6 Technical requirements 6.1 Physical properties 6.1.1 The strips delivered in the semi-processed state (prepared state) shall be heat-treated properly to obtain the desired magnetic properties. But the magnetic properties of the strips and related to the sampling and sample preparation methods, sample shape and size, sample heat treatment system increasing the sampling and testing frequency. 7.2 Sampling 7.2.1 It shall extract a sample respectively on the head, the end of each batch of the strips. When more than one coil is continuously produced in a casting furnace, a sample shall be taken at the end of each coil. The particular requirements shall be determined by the supplier and the purchaser. 7.2.2 The sample shall not have folds, pits, cracks and other defects due to mechanical damage. The surface of the sample shall be clean. 7.2.3 When sampling in the coil, in order to prevent surface contamination or mechanical damage and other factors interfering with the measurement results, sampling shall start from the second layer of the head and the tail of the coil. 7.2.4 By reasonably arranging the measurement sequence, the same sample can be used to measure a variety of characteristics. 7.3 Sample preparation 7.3.1 Physical properties Wind the strip taken into a ring sample according to the methods specified in GB/T 13012 and GB/T 19346.1. Then use the heat treatment system recommended by the supplier. When the sample is in the heat treatment process, the non-ferromagnetic metal or ceramic lining ring shall be used to support the inner window of the sample so as ... ...
