Foreword
This standard is not equivalent to the Italian national standards UNI 9201.1988
Threaded tubular rivets with cylindrical head, UNI 9202.1988 Threaded tubular rivets
with countersunk head and UNI 9203.1988 Threaded tubular rivets with plate edge
head.
Italy does not have a separate standard for "Specifications for riveted nuts".
UNI 9201~9203 standards do not specify non-ferrous metal materials, proof load, head
bonding strength, shear strength, rotational torque and test methods, as well as
acceptance and packaging requirements.
This standard was proposed by the State Bureau of Machine Building Industry.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee on
Fasteners of Standardization Administration of China.
The Research Institute of Machinery Standardization of the Ministry of Machine
Building Industry was responsible for drafting this standard; Shanghai Anzi Industry
Co., Ltd., Hunan Liangang Fasteners Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Yuesui Mechanical and
Electrical Co., Ltd., and Hubei Boshlong Technology Co., Ltd. participated in the
drafting of this standard.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for rivet nuts.

The basic dimensions of rivet nut threads shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 196;
the thread tolerance zone shall comply with 6H as specified in GB/T 197.
