4 Classification and marking
Laundry powder is divided into phosphorus-containing laundry powder and
phosphorus-free laundry powder, according to whether polyphosphate and other raw
materials containing phosphorus are added to the formula.
Phosphorus-containing laundry powders are divided into two categories: ordinary (A)
and concentrated (B), which are marked as follows:
a) Ordinary (A), marked as "HL-A";
b) Concentrated (B), marked "HL-B".
Phosphorus-free laundry powders are divided into two categories: ordinary (A) and
concentrated (B), which are marked as follows.
a) Ordinary (A), marked "WL-A".
b) Concentrated (B), divided into two types according to the total active substance
content, type I and type II, which are marked as follows.
1) Type I: The products, which have a total active content of ≥ 13% and a nonionic
surfactant content of ≥ 6.5%, are marked as "WL-B (Type I)";
2) Type II: The products, which have a total active content of ≥ 18% and no
requirement for nonionic surfactant content, are marked as "WL-B (Type II)".
5 Requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
The raw materials, which are used in the product, shall comply with the relevant
provisions of GB/T 26396.
5.2 Physical-chemical indicators
The physical-chemical indicators of phosphorus-containing laundry powder shall meet
the requirements of Table 1.
