This standard replaces GB/T 12988-1991 "inorganic ground material abrasion test method."
This standard compared with GB/T 12988-1991 main changes are as follows.

This standard specifies the principles of the inorganic material surface abrasion resistance test method for the determination by the rolling method, equipment, abrasives, specimen, test procedures,
