Polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) materials with the following characteristics related to performance-based and polymer -based parameters, intended use and (or) processing methods, important properties, additives, coloring agents, fillers and reinforcing materials consisting of information classification system to distinguish between: a) alcoholysis, viscosity aqueous solution under b) specified conditions. This section applies to an alcohol solution of not less than 70% (mole fraction) polyvinyl material. It applies in general to powder, particulate material, but also to add the unmodified or colorants, additives, modified filler material. Naming the same material does not necessarily have the same properties. |

Foreword
GB/T 12010 "plastic polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) materials" is divided into three parts.
--- Part 1. Designation system and basis;
--- Part 2. Performance measurement;
--- Part 3. Product specification.
This section GB/T Part 112 010, equivalent using ISO 15023-1.2001 "plastic material polyvinyl --- --- 1
Part I. nomenclature and specifications based "(in English).
This part of the same translation ISO 15023-1.2001, identical in technical content.
For ease of use, this section do the following Edit modifications.
a) to the "international standards" be replaced by the "Standard" or "GB/T 12010", the "ISO 15023.2001 to the present part of the" change
"GB/T 12010 this part" or "this part";
b) Delete the ISO 15023-1.2001 Foreword;
c) increasing the foreword of this part of the standard;
d) For ISO 15023-1.2001 and other international standards referenced in our country is equivalent to using the standard, this section with a quote me
National Standards corresponding to international standards in place, the rest is not tantamount to the adoption of a standard international standards in this section are
Directly referenced.
This Part replaces GB/T 12010.1-1989 "polyvinyl alcohol resin is named."
This section compared with the GB/T 12010.1-1989 The main changes are as follows.
--- Change the standard name, increasing the foreword;
--- This part of the solution based on polyvinyl alcohol, the viscosity of the base polymer and arguments about the intended use and (or) method of processing, important
Properties, additives, colorants, fillers and reinforcing materials consisting of information classification system to distinguish.
This part is proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
This part of the National Plastics Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC15) centralized.
This section is responsible for drafting. National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of synthetic resin.
Participated in the drafting of this section. Sinopec Sichuan Vinylon Works, Hunan Xiangwei Co., Ltd. cloud-dimensional.

Plastic polyvinyl alcohol (P Vp AL) material
Part 1. Designation system and basis
1 Scope
1.1 GB/T 12010 in the provisions of this part of polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) materials naming system that can be used as the basis for classification.
1.2 polyvinyl alcohol (PVAL) materials with the following characteristics performance-based and related basic polymer parameters, intended use and (or) the processing side
Law, important properties, additives, colorants, fillers and reinforcing materials consisting of information classification system to distinguish between.
a) alcoholysis;
b) an aqueous solution of a predetermined viscosity condition.
1.3 section applies to an alcohol solution of not less than 70% (mole fraction) of the polyvinyl alcohol material.
It is suitable for general powder, granular materials, also suitable for adding or unmodified colorants, additives, fillers and other modified materials.
1.4 Naming of the same material do not necessarily have the same performance. This section does not provide a number of special applications engineering and (or) processing methods required
Data, performance data or data processing conditions.
If necessary, should ISO 15023-2.2003, Test Method for Determination of the provisions of these additional properties.
1.5 To illustrate the application of a particular material or to ensure reproducible processing, additional requirements may be given (3.1) in the character group 5.

3 naming
3.1 Overview
Naming thermoplastics according to the following standard pattern.
name
Description Group
(optional)
Logo Group
National standard
Single group
Group 1 Group 2 character character character character Group 3 Group 4 Group 5 characters
Naming is an optional description of the group (called "thermoplastic") and contains a number of national standards of individual and group identity consisting of fabric
Into. In order to clarify the code, the individual group subdivided into 5 character groups, each character group consists of the following information.
Character Group 1. Press GB/T 1844.1-2008 PVAL with its symbol identifies the plastic (see 3.2).
Character Group 2. Position 1. intended use and (or) processing method (see 3.3).
Position 2-8. important properties, additives and additional information (see 3.3).
Character Group 3. Specify the nature (see 3.4).
Character Group 4. fillers or reinforcing materials and their nominal content (see 3.5).
