Foreword

This standard replaces GB/T 11705-1989 "Test methods for marine electric three screw." This standard compared with GB/T 11705-1989, the main technical content of the following changes. --- Additions and modifications to the reference standard; --- Increasing the basic parameters of the pump; --- Simplified terms, increasing the English interpretation of terms; --- Changing certain amount of symbols; --- Original standard of noise and vibration expressed as references to national standards; --- Deletion of the content expressed ambient vibration, shock test and other aspects; --- Original standard testing procedures and measuring methods according to the standard GB/T 1.1-2000 modified requirements, test methods; --- Increasing the test record form and performance curve table. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the marine electric three screw (hereinafter referred to as pump) test items, test methods, calculation of test results, etc. This standard applies to the ship transporting fuel, oil and hydraulic oil clean lubricating medium (flow 0.18m3/h ~ 720m3/h, Outlet pressure 0.2MPa ~ 25MPa, shaft power 0.25kW ~ 600kW, net absorption height + 0.02MPa ~ -0.06MPa) pump Test.
