This standard replaces GB/T 10128-1988 "metal room temperature torsional test method", compared with the changes as follows.
--- In the normative references delete the original reference standard GB 6397 "metal tensile test specimen", an increase of GB/T 10623
"Terminology of mechanical properties test of metallic materials", JJG269 "Torsion testing machine";
--- In the "terminology, symbols" chapter, the terms in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2000 rewritten, the "yield point" to "yield strength
