requirements for dispersed generation systems in LV network.
This document replaces GB 17625.1-2012 Electromagnetic compatibility - Limits -
Limits for harmonic current emissions (equipment input current ≤16 A per phase).
Compared with GB 17625.1-2012, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial
changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Change the scope of application, to be consistent with GB/T 17625.8, by changing
“an input current up to and including 16 A per phase” to “a rated input current up
to and including 16 A per phase” (see Clause 1; Clause 1 of the 2012 edition);
b) Add terms and definitions of “integrated lamp” and “variable speed drive”; simply
and clarify the terminology used for “lighting equipment” (see Clause 3);
c) Classify refrigerators and freezers having one or more variable-speed drives to
Class D (see 5.1);
d) Add the classification of professional luminaires for stage lighting and studios
(see 5.2);
e) Add a description for the classification of lighting equipment (see 5.2);
f) Add a description for the classification of external power supplies (see 5.3);
g) Add requirements for the multifunction equipment (see 6.5);
h) Add a threshold of 5 W under which no emission limits apply to all lighting
equipment (see 7.1);
i) Modify the requirements applying to the dimmers when operating non-
incandescent lamps (see 7.1; Clause 7 of the 2012 edition);
j) Add a clarification for lighting equipment including one control module with an
active input power ≤ 2 W (see 7.4.1);
k) Add limit requirements for Class C equipment under different rated power (see
7.4.2 and 7.4.3);
l) Modify the emission limits for lighting equipment with a rated power ≤ 25 W (see
7.4.3; 7.3 of the 2012 edition);
m) Add compliance with this document (see Clause 8);
n) Adjust the requirements for measurement equipment to Annex A (see Annex A;
Annex B of the 2012 edition);
o) Modify the test conditions for television receiver (see B.2; C.2 of the 2012 edition);
p) Modify the test conditions for lighting equipment (see B.5 and B.6; C.5 and
C.6.2012 of the 2012 edition);
q) Remove use of reference lamps and reference ballasts for the tests of lighting
equipment (see C.5.3 and C.5.4 of the 2012 edition);
r) Add the test conditions for digital load side transmission control devices (see
B.5.5);
s) Modify the test conditions for vacuum cleaner (see B.7; C.7 of the 2012 edition);
t) Modify the test conditions for washing machine (see B.8; C.8 of the 2012 edition);
u) Modify the test conditions for induction hobs, taking also into account the other
types of cooking appliances (see B.11; C.11 of the 2012 edition);
v) Modify the test conditions for arc welding equipment (see B.14; C.14 of the 2012
edition);
w) Add the test conditions for high pressure cleaner (see B.15);
x) Add the test conditions for refrigerators and freezers (see B.16);
y) Add the test conditions for external power supplies (see B.17);
z) Add the normative reference of partial odd harmonic current (see Annex C).
This document modifies and adopts IEC 61000-3-2.2020 Electromagnetic
compatibility (EMC) - Part 3-2.Limits - Limits for harmonic current emissions
(equipment input current ≤16 A per phase).
The technical differences between this document and IEC 61000-3-2.2020 and the
reasons are as follows.
-- For “professional equipment” (see 3.9) in “terms and definitions”, adopt the
definition in GB/T 4365-2003 Electrotechnical terminology - Electromagnetic
compatibility;
-- Delete “60 Hz”, “230/400 V and 240/415 V” in “General” (see 6.1), because
neither the frequency 60 Hz, nor is the voltage level “230/400 V and 240/415 V”
used in China, so the relevant parameter of 60 Hz and the voltage parameters of
“230/400 V and 240/415 V” are removed;
-- Add a situation without default conditions (see Annex B.2.2.2) in the part
“television receiver” of “type test”, to improve the operability of the test;
-- Use the normative reference GB/T 20550-2013 to replace IEC 60155.1993 in the
part “luminaire” of “type test” (see Annex B.5.3);
-- Remove “subject to approval by National Committees” in “General” of “POHC
calculation” (see Annex C.1).
The following editorial changes have been made for this document.
-- Change the standard name to “Electromagnetic compatibility - Limits - Part 1.
Limits for harmonic current emissions (equipment input current≤16 A per phase)”
to be consistent with the standard system in China;
-- Use GB/T 17626.7 to replace the informative reference IEC 61000-4-7 in Note 2
of C.1 of Annex C, and add it to the references.
