Summary This Chinese standard applies to automatic electrical pressure sensing controller, which is the minimum standard rated pressure of 60kPa, and the largest standard rated pressure 4. 2MPa, is installed in the household and similar devices, equipment or attached to the device on the use, including heating, air conditioning and similar applications, the device can be controlled by electricity, gas, oil, solid fuel, solar energy, etc., or a combination thereof, this standard applies to the rated DC voltage not exceeding 440V, AC not exceeding 660V, rated current not exceeding 63A controller, this standard does not consider the controller in the device installation methods for automatic operation of the controller response value, if the user response clearly relevant to the safety or the environment, household equipment should be in the appropriate standard or specified by the manufacturer to determine appropriate response. This standard applies to the pressure -sensitive electronic components with the controller.

In this Part, if there are the corresponding national standards, refer to the national standards; while if there are not the corresponding national standards temporarily, refer to the listed IEC standards. For the benefit of the use, this Part do the following editorial changes: a) Use decimal point “.” to replace the comma “,” that acts as the decimal point; b) Add the foreword of the national standard; c) Replace “this Standard” by “this Part”; d) Use “GB 14536.1” to replace “Part 1”. This Part Replaced GB 14536.7-1996 Automatic Electrical Controls for Household and Similar Use – Particular Requirements for Automatic Electrical Pressure Sensing Controls (including Mechanical Requirements). Compared with GB 14536.7-1996, this Part has the major changes as follows: a) Modify the names of server clauses according to the changes of GB 14536.1; b) Delete the replaced contents of 1.2, 1.3 in Clause 1 Scope; apply to the corresponding requirements of GB 14536.1; c) Delete several items in 2.3 Definitions of Clause 2; thereof parts of them are adjusted to GB 14536.1; d) Adjust parts of contents in Clause 7 Information Providing; e) Delete the replaced and added sub-clauses contents in 10.1.1.1, 10.1.101, 10.1.102, 10.2 of Clause 10 Terminals and Terminations; f) Delete the adding sub-clause of 11.4.102 and replaced content of 11.6 in Clause 11; meanwhile this Clause’s other contents has been adjusted; g) Add the inapplicable sub-clause of 14.4.3.1 in GB 14536.1 to Clause 14 Heating; h) Delete the replaced contents of 24.2 in Clause 24 Components; i) Add Appendix H.
