1 Scope

4 Principles

Extract 2'-chlordiazepam and 4'-chlordiazepam from the suspected drugs (see Appendix A for compound information). Using gas chromatography-mass For spectrometric detection, the retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio are used as the basis for qualitative judgment; for gas chromatography detection, the chromatographic peaks are used for detection. 5 Reagents and materials

5.1 Reagents Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis were of analytical grade.
