1 Scope
This part of GA/T 2000 specifies the coding rules for the video image deployment control subscription logo.
This section applies to the construction of public security information and information processing and management.

GA/T 380 National Public Security Organization Code Establishment Rules
3 coding rules
The code adopts a hierarchical code, which is composed of 33 Arabic numerals. The first to 12 digits from the left are the first level, and the 13th and 14th digits are the second level.
The 15th to 28th positions are the third layer, and the 29th to 33rd positions are the fourth layer. The structure is shown in Figure 1.
Description.
a) The first layer is the organization code, which should comply with GA/T 380;
b) The second layer is the sub-type coding, which represents the type information of video image deployment and control subscription, "01" represents deployment/removal of control, "02" represents alarm, and "03" represents subscription.
"04" stands for notification, "99" stands for others;
c) The third layer is time coding, which is coded in the order of year, month, day, hour, minute and second. The representation method is. YYYYMMDDhhmmss, where hh is expressed in a 24-hour system;
d) The fourth layer is the serial number, which starts from the Arabic numeral 00001 and is expressed in order.
