1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, and inspections of the morphine urine test kit (colloidal gold immunochromatography)

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Physical and chemical properties
The appearance is smooth, the material is firmly attached, the width of the film strip should be greater than 3mm, and the time for the test film to fully penetrate and develop color is less than or equal to
120s, the retention time of the color rendering result is greater than or equal to 10min.
4.2 Minimum detection limit (threshold)
The minimum detection limit (threshold) should comply with the product instruction manual, at least no more than 300ng/mL.
4.3 Accuracy
The test result of 50% threshold concentration of O6-monoacetylmorphine solution should be negative. 150% threshold concentration of O6-monoacetylmorphine solution test
