Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard FZ/T 99007-2000 "weft feeder."
The main difference compared with the standard FZ/T 99007-2000 as follows.
--- The standard range was limited (does not include non-motor-driven purely mechanical weft feeder) to modify (see Chapter 1);
--- Increased for uneven weft (see 3.14), to predict the color (see 3.15), dynamic (see 3.16), static (see 3.17), the amount of deflection (see
3.18), the bare drum (see 3.19), the weft accumulation (see 3.20) to define, delete the weft volume adjustable defined (see 2000 version 3.14);
--- "By supporting loom feature points" to "feature by feature points" (see 4.1.1);
--- "By weft winding movement points" to "Press weft drum movement points" (see 4.1.2);
--- Increasing the types and basic parameters in Table 1 (see 4.2.1 Table 1);
--- Operating ambient temperature "10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃" changed to "5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃", relative humidity "45% to 80%" to "the maximum of 95%
(No condensation) "(see 4.2.2);
--- Increasing the weft feeder plating and chemical treatment (see 5.1.3) and coating (see 5.1.4) requirements;
--- Mechanical properties increased vibration (see 5.2.1), runout (see 5.2.2), the amount of deflection (see 5.2.3), squareness (see 5.2.4) and coaxial
Degree (see 5.2.5) requirements;
--- Increasing the electrical safety requirements (see 5.3);
--- "Speed" to "weft for speed" (see 5.4.1);
--- The amount of weft yarn turns and spacing from the original "should be consistent with each product standard value" were given qualitative requirements (see 5.4.2,5.4.3);
--- Remove the weft motor stall torque (see 2000 version 5.3.3);
--- Increased latitude for response error 0.5ms (see 5.4.5);
--- Increasing the yarn into a yarn breakage functional requirements (see 5.4.6);
--- Noise indicators from the original "75dB (A)" is amended as "72dB (A)" (see 5.4.7);
--- Environmental adaptability using the latest national standards (see 5.5);
--- Increasing the sophisticated testing requirements (see 5.6);
--- Substandard quality level RQL from the "65%" to "30%" from the original sampling plan "n = 2 (Ac = 0, Re = 1)" repair
To "n = 5 (Ac = 0, Re = 1)" (see 7.2.5);
--- The corresponding editorial changes.

Weft feeder
1 Scope
This standard specifies the weft feeder classification and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to non-woven fabrics supporting the weft feeder.
This standard does not apply to non-motor-driven purely mechanical weft feeder.
