This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard FZ/T 97017-1999 "flat knitting machine needle bed general technical conditions."
Compared with this standard FZ/T 97017-1999, the main differences are as follows.
--- Modify the standard English name;
--- Modify the application of the criteria range (see Chapter 1 and Chapter 1 of the 1999 edition) and the normative references (see Chapter 2 and 1999
Chapter 2 edition);
--- Extension of the "machine number recommended value" range (see Table 1 and version 3.2 of 1999);
--- Improving the "needle groove width", "needle groove depth" accuracy and "adjacent needle groove depth" (see the 1999 edition and 4.1.1,4.1.2,4.1.3
The 4.1, 4.2);
--- Added "loading inserts the needle bed needle groove width tolerance values" and "Replacing the needle bed inserts the needle groove depth tolerance value" requirements (see 4.1.1.2

1 Scope
This standard specifies the flat knitting machine needle bed (including inserts the needle bed, tooth plates) of the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules.
This standard applies to flat knitting machine, computer flat knitting machine with a needle bed; the other knitting machine needle bed may also refer to the use of the class.
