This standard applies to the supervision of the following metal parts: a) Operating temperature is higher than 400��C high temperature pressure parts (including the main steam pipe, high-temperature reheat steam pipes, superheater tubes, reheater tubes, headers, valve housing and tee), as well as pipes, headers associated tubules. b) The working temperature is higher than 400��C of the steam conduit, connecting pipe. c) working pressure greater than or equal 3. 82MPa and DC boiler drum separator, storage tank. d) working pressure of greater than or equal 5. 88MPa pressure steam piping and components (including water wall tube, evaporator, economizer tubes, headers and the main water pipe). e) Steam Turbine shafts, impellers, blades, Larkin, bearings and generator main shaft, retaining rings, fan leaves. f) Operating temperature is higher than 400��C bolts. g) Operating temperature is higher than 400��C cylinder, steam room, main steam valve, governor valve, nozzles, partitions and partition sets. h) 300MW or more units with a longitudinal weld low-temperature reheat steam pipe. |
