Guidelines for ordering and acceptance of traps in thermal power plants
1 Scope
This standard specifies requirements for ordering and acceptance of steam traps for thermal power plants.
This standard is applicable to ball valves and globe valves for drainage of thermal power plants with a nominal size of DN15~DN100 and a nominal pressure not greater than PN760.

3 order
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 A manufacturing unit that holds a special equipment pressure piping component manufacturing license and the license conforms to the product should be selected for ordering.
3.1.2 The purchaser shall provide the supplier with a detailed description of the project overview and product operating environment when placing an order.
3.1.3 The product ordering data sheet should be filled in when placing an order. See Appendix A for the product ordering data sheet. The order data in Table A.1 is filled in by the design institute,

3.2 Technical requirements
3.2.1 The overall requirements for the design and manufacture of traps should meet the requirements of NB/T 47044, and the design and manufacture of traps should meet DL/T

3.2.16 The design of hydraulic actuators should meet the requirements of GB/T 3766.
3.2.17 When the working temperature of the valve is higher than.200℃, heat insulation design should be adopted between the actuator and the valve to keep the temperature of the parts of the actuator

c) The technical conditions of pressure-bearing steel forgings for thermal power supercritical and ultra-supercritical parameter valves should meet the requirements of JB/T 12000;
d) Flexible graphite braided packing should meet the requirements of JB/T 7370;
e) Spiral wound gaskets should meet the requirements of GB/T 4622.
3.3 Order scope
3.3.1 The ordering scope of traps includes. valve body, actuator and accessories, spare parts, documents and related services. Specific Fan

4 Acceptance
4.1 General requirements
1.1.1 4.1.1 Each trap product shall undergo factory acceptance and on-site acceptance. On-site acceptance includes unpacking acceptance, preliminary acceptance and final inspection.

4.2 Manufacturing supervision

4.3 Factory acceptance

4.3.2 The factory acceptance items and requirements of the products shall be in accordance with the provisions in Table 4 to Table 5.
4.3.3 After the factory acceptance is completed, both the supplier and the buyer shall sign and seal the product acceptance report.
4.4 Unpacking acceptance
4.4.1 The product is shipped to the site. Before installation, the purchaser shall notify the supplier to go to the site for unpacking and acceptance.
4.4.2 The purchaser shall carefully check the names of products, spare parts and accessories, spare parts and special tools according to the product supply list (packing list).
Weigh, model specifications, quantity, check the appearance quality, confirm that the specifications and quantities of each part are accurate, and the appearance is intact.
4.4.3 Check the product quality certificate, product instruction manual and other random materials. The materials should be correct and complete.

4.5 Preliminary acceptance
4.5.1 After the product has been installed on-site, the product that has passed the on-site debugging will undergo preliminary acceptance during the trial operation of the system.
