1 Scope

This standard specifies the manufacturing, quality inspection, packaging, storage and transportation of related products for wet cooling tower high-position water collection devices The basic requirements. 3 Terms and definitions

4 General

4.1 The products of wet cooling tower high-position water collection device shall meet the following requirements during long-term production and operation. a) Does not soften and deform under the condition of 65℃ water temperature; b) It has sufficient rigidity, strength and good aging resistance. 5 Technical requirements

5.1 Splash guard 5.1.1 General technical requirements. a) The splash guard should be UV-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and will not be deformed or damaged under water scouring within the normal service life; b) The appearance and color of the splash guard should be uniform, uniform plasticization, no obvious color difference and overheated color. There should be no obvious Defects such as injuries, impurities, and discoloration lines; c) The geometric dimensions should meet the design requirements. There should be no bubbles with a diameter of more than 2mm and a particle size of less than 1mm The number of impurities on the surface, bubbles below 2mm in diameter and impurities within 1mm in diameter should not exceed 30/m2, The dispersion degree should not exceed 5/(10cm×10cm); d) The geometric dimensions of the water-receiving inclined plate should meet the design requirements, the outer contour should be a regular rectangle, and the allowable width deviation is ±3mm, the allowable deviation of length is ±4mm, and the thickness should not be less than 3mm. 5.2.2 Physical and mechanical properties The physical and mechanical properties of the water collecting sloping plate should meet the requirements of Table 2. 5.3 Collection tank 5.3.1 General technical requirements. a) There should be a gel coat layer on the inner surface of the sink, and the surface should be smooth and free of cracks; b) The outer surface of the water collection tank should have a weather-resistant, UV-resistant resin-rich layer, and the surface should be smooth, free of cracks, impurities, and degumming Layering, no fiber exposure, uniform color; c) There should be no obvious scratches on the inner and outer surfaces of the sink. 6 Inspection

6.1 Splash guard 6.1.1 Batch The acceptance of splash guards is based on batches, and the splash guards produced continuously with the same raw material, formula, specifications and process are a batch. The quantity of each batch shall not exceed 5000 pieces. 6.1.2 Sampling The appearance and specifications of the splash guard are inspected in "blocks", and the general inspection level IL=I specified in GB/T 2828.1 shall be adopted. Qualified quality level AQL=6.5, normal one-shot sampling plan. 6.1.3 Inspection rules The discriminant rules for splash guard inspection are as follows. a) The appearance and specifications of the splash guard should meet the requirements of 5.1.1.Anything that does not meet any of the above requirements is considered a non-conforming product. The material is unqualified. 7 Packaging, marking, storage and transportation 7.1 The products of the high-position water collection device should be transported, loaded, unloaded, stored and stacked in a reliable manner to avoid deformation. 7.2 The packed products should be accompanied by product name, specification model, quantity, weight, batch number, manufacturer, production date, and stacking requirements. The product mark shall be included in the product certificate, inspection report and packing list. 7.3 During loading, unloading, and transportation, the boxed parts must not be heavily pressed or thrown, and prevent direct sunlight. 7.4 The boxed parts should be placed in a flat area and far away from heat sources. 7.5 The splash guard and the water receiving inclined plate should be stacked flat to prevent warping and deformation. 7.6 Both ends of the sink should be fixed with supports to prevent deformation. Appendix A (Normative Appendix) Water seepage performance test of sink Seal both ends of the test tank with blind plates, and hang it on the test frame shown in Figure A.1 or Figure A.2, with the bottom of the tank 0.5m away from the ground, The water level in the tank is 30mm away from the top of the tank.
