1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the overhaul and supervision of units in thermal power plants. This standard is applicable to the supervision activities for the overhaul of coal-fired units in thermal power plants, the overhaul of gas turbines, biomass and other generating units and the Technical transformation projects can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19000 apply to this document. 3.1 Client Organizations that entrust supervision services generally refer to owners or operating units of thermal power plants. 3.2 Maintenance organization Organizations that undertake the task of overhauling equipment in thermal power plants. 4 Project supervision agency and its facilities

4.1 Basic requirements 4.1.1 The supervision unit shall send a project supervision agency to the maintenance site. 5 Supervision planning and supervision implementation rules

6 Supervision work during the preparatory phase of maintenance

6.1 Review the integrity of the maintenance items within the entrusted scope. 6.2 Review the qualifications of maintenance units, key management personnel and special operation personnel. 7 Supervision work during the implementation phase of maintenance

7.1 Security Management 7.1.1 Check whether the safety management system of the project department of the maintenance unit is operating normally and effectively. 7.1.2 Check the implementation of safety production laws, regulations and mandatory standards and safety production measures by the maintenance unit supervised check. 7.1.3 Check the compliance of the special equipment and special operation personnel of the maintenance unit. 7.1.4 Check the implementation of safe and civilized construction measures by the maintenance unit. 7.1.5 For projects that are more dangerous than a certain scale, the maintenance unit shall organize an expert demonstration meeting for special implementation.
