3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

Weigh accurately caprolactam 50.0mg (4.7) in 100mL flask, add a small amount of methanol (4.1) and dissolved with methanol to volume. Lactam standard stock solution within 4.10 oct. Weigh accurately oct-lactam 35.0mg (4.8) in 100mL flask, add a small amount of methanol (4.1) and dissolved with methanol to volume.
