1 Introduction
To implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Construction Project Ring

1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the general principles, contents, working procedures, methods and requirements for environmental impact assessment of construction projects.
