1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, packaging, marking, and storage and transportation requirements for lemongrass. This standard applies to the quality assessment and trade of lemongrass.

3 Product description

Lemongrass is a cluster of leaves of a perennial herb (Cymbopogun flexuosus Stapf.) (see Figure 1), with a leaf length of 1 meter and a width of 1.5 Centimeters, no petiole, leaf sheath without fluff (with fluff at the junction), pure green, the leaves are linear, acuminate, with hoarfrost. 4 requirements
