This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document has been modified to adopt ISO 27729.2012 "International Standard Name Identifier for Information and Documentation (ISNI)". The technical differences between this document and ISO 27729.2012 and their reasons are as follows. ---Replaced ISO /IEC 7064 with normatively cited GB/T 17710-2008 to adapt to my country's technical conditions (see Section 4 Chapter and A.2); ---Added the terminology and definition of "participant name identifier" (see 3.1).
