1 Scope

This document specifies a method for measuring the surface area of materials based on hyperspectral imaging technology. This document is applicable to the measurement of the surface area of food contact materials, jewelry and other materials. This document does not apply to porous materials with a hole diameter of less than 1mm, and materials containing strip textures with a diameter of less than 1mm.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Surface area The sum of the area of all three-dimensional graphics surfaces. 3.2 Hyperspectral imaging Combining imaging technology and spectroscopy technology to detect the two-dimensional space and spectral information of the target, and obtain high-resolution continuous, narrow-band Image data. 3.3 Structuredlightsystem A group of system structures composed of projectors and cameras.
