1 Scope

This part of GB/T 39334 specifies the classification, general requirements, and basic flow of NC machining process simulation in the manufacturing process of mechanical products. Process, and detailed requirements for simulation plan formulation, simulation model construction, simulation operation analysis, result evaluation and optimization. This part is applicable to the application, development, service and research related to the simulation of NC machining process in the manufacturing process of mechanical products. This section does not apply to the simulation of processing physical parameters.

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 4863 and GB/T 39334.1 apply to this document.

4.1 Classification by simulation target According to the target classification of CNC machining process simulation, it can usually be divided into tool path simulation, machining interference check, and machining process parameters (cutting Volume, feed volume, speed, etc.) simulation. 4.2 Classification by processing type According to the classification of CNC machining, it can usually be divided into turning machining simulation, milling machining simulation and so on.

5 General requirements

5.1 The simulation of CNC machining process should meet the following requirements. a) Meet the basic requirements of GB/T 39334.1; b) Adopt a three-dimensional model; c) Simulation input data includes machine tool model, tool model, fixture model, process model and CNC program, etc.; d) The simulation results can be visually displayed in the form of three-dimensional animation; e) Analyze, evaluate and optimize the simulation results, and use trial processing to verify if necessary. 5.2 The simulation software should be integrated with the 3D design modeling system, CNC programming system, process design system, etc., and share machine tool models and tool models. ......
